CREATING A COLLEGE BOARD ACCOUNT
CREATING A COLLEGE BOARD ACCOUNT
CREATE A COLLEGE BOARD ACCOUNT – Student DirectioNS
Step 1: Create Your College Board Account
If you have previously used College Board for the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, AP Exams, or another College Board program, DO NOT create a new account.
Use your existing College Board username/email address and password.
College Board recommends using one account for all College Board programs (PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, AP EXAMS). Creating multiple accounts can cause problems accessing your information, registering for assessments and may delay receiving score reports.
Follow the directions below if you do not have a College Board account:
- Go to the College Board website: College Board – Sign In / Create an Account
- Select Create Account or Sign Up.
- Enter your personal information accurately.
- Use a personal email address that you will continue to have access to after graduating from high school.
Recommended: Personal Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, or another personal email account.
Do not use your Connetquot School District student email address if you can avoid it. Your district email account may eventually be deactivated when you graduate. Your College Board account should remain accessible to you after high school because you will continue to use it for AP scores, SAT/PSAT scores, and other College Board services.
- Create a secure password. Do not share your College Board password with anyone.
- Complete the account registration process.
- Make sure you remember the email address/username and password you used.
