Dear Connetquot Families,
Do you know a Connetquot High School graduate whose achievements and contributions would inspire today’s students? We invite you to nominate them for the 2026 Connetquot High School Alumni of Distinction.
Anyone may submit a nomination. Candidates must have graduated from Connetquot High School at least 10 years ago and should demonstrate excellence in their chosen field, notable contributions to their community, or significant achievements and recognition.
To nominate someone, please complete the attached form and include a detailed one to two page statement explaining why the graduate should be honored. Supporting materials are encouraged. Please include the nominee’s maiden name, if applicable, and do not send original documents.
Nominations must be postmarked by Friday, October 23, 2026, or delivered in person to:

The nomination form is also available in the Connetquot High School main office and on the district website. Nominations cannot be submitted by phone, text, or email.
