Connetquot High School – Hall of Honor

As a school community, we are proud to recognize our alumni who have served — or continue to serve — in the United States Military.

The Hall of Honor pays tribute to all former graduates who have served or are currently serving in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.


How to Submit a Nomination

  1. Download the PDF Submission Form (Updated 4/30/2025)
  2. Mail the completed form along with an 8" x 10" photo to:

Additional Information

  • Submissions are accepted year-round.
  • The Hall of Honor is updated twice annually.
  • Hard copies of the submission form are available in the High School Main Office.

Purpose of the Hall of Honor

The Hall of Honor serves as a lasting tribute to Connetquot High School graduates who have committed themselves to the service of our country. It is our way of recognizing their dedication, sacrifice, and courage.
